Dearden’s Decorating is Dulux Accredited and is committed to the highest standards of workmanship & customer service. We adhere to the recommendations & specifications set out by Dulux for their products & have attached these to this quote for your reference. We also meet the requirements as set out in Australian Standard AS 2311 Guide to the Painting of Buildings.
Dearden’s Decorating is committed to minimizing our environmental impact on all of our projects in order to protect the environment, minimize inconvenience to our clients and to assist those who may be sensitive to painting fumes & therefore we recommend low VOC Dulux paints such as Dulux Professional EnvirO2.
Our philosophy also extends to our waste management process. We can use the innovative Envirowash system, a water-based paint wash-out & treatment system that turns paint wash-out into clean water & solid waste that can be disposed of safely. This is at a little extra cost, but will ensure there is no unsightly paint residue left on your premises.
We will provide you with a written warranty for a minimum of 2 years, which is a further reassurance of a quality job.
Dearden’s Decorating also offer a free Dulux Colour Consultancy Service at no cost to you to assist in selected the right colours for your home. Our services can also include the use of Dulux special effects including texture products, heritage colours, roof restoration, timber coatings & oils to decking & pergolas.
Our price includes the following;
- The use of Dulux Premium Paints
- All labour costs
- A 3 year warranty on the work
- Public liability insurance to the value of $20 million
- All staff properly trained in OH&S practices
- Site clean up at completion
